- Pre Leased FCRE
- Investing in commercial real estate offers reliable profits and high returns. Fractional ownership allows for liquid returns and capital appreciation beating inflation. FCRE opportunities start at INR 10L.
- FRE is non-commercial real estate co-owned by multiple investors. Investors can earn capital appreciation and partial ownership of the property, which is shared at stakeholders' discretion.
- RBF finances a company's operations and offers a percentage of ongoing gross revenue. It functions like debt financing, but without interest payments, and offers higher returns calculated using a multiple.
